Returns Policy
We understand that there is always a possibility of a customer ordering an inappropriate product. Therefore we urge you to read all of the product descriptions very carefully and if still uncertain about a product please contact one of our software experts who can guide you with your software choice. All software returns must be returned Postage Paid (that means that you must pay for the cost of shipping it back to IQT Systems) and must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it.

All software returns will only be accepted if the shrink wrap is still in tact and the box is not damaged. A credit will be issued to the purchaser to the value of the goods only.(i.e if the cost of the software was $65 plus $13.20 shipping and you wish to return it a credit will be issued for $65 only).

Please note that any items posted back to us COD will automatically be sent back to the sender.
